1. Agreement

By using ShopWare (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • You may add team members (“users/seats”) who access your tenant/workspace.
  • You must not attempt to access data belonging to other tenants.

3. Billing, Plans, and Seat Pricing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. Pricing may scale with the number of active users (“seats”) in your tenant.

You can manage payment methods (including primary and backup), invoices, and plan changes via the Billing portal inside the app.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful activity.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse engineer the Service.
  • Do not upload malware or abusive content.

5. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the Service, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy and uptime, you are responsible for validating outputs for your shop’s needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopWare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
